I was wondering if anyone knows how to open a 'zip' file. I have it in my email, but everytime i try to open it, the computer tells me problem encountered. Thanks in advance 😉

i'd go to google and search winzip and find the link to the website....then download the free version of winzip....then you can open and zip files with it.

Do you have windows xp? Windows xp has the ability to unzip files already.
