I need help!!!!

I just got back my financial aid award and I found out that they are willing to kindly offer me less than the actual tuition for attendance. What to do now?!?! I am still waiting to hear from the HPSP, but I want to be going to dental school this fall. Yet, I am going to be living on the other side of the country from my family, so living at home is not an option. While my parents make a decent income, they don't really have enough money to help me out. My aid actually covers less then my full tuition, not including books.

(p.s. sorry to post this twice but I just want to make sure that I get some answers)

Okay! So, is the grad plus loan not included in the financial aid?? I did notice that the financial aid advisor said I could use this amount to get to the full amount of money needed. Any help would be great!! Sorry, but I have never done this before!
