I need some Advice, Pharmacists !

hey ,
I just need some advice about my situation

I am currently a 4th year student at faculty of Pharmacy and biotechnology at a pharmacy school over seas, I have a relatively low GPA , around C+(good with minor errors) .. I will be graduating in 2009 with a BSc in Pharmacy (this would be my 5th year)
I didnt do much in trainings and internships , I worked at some drug stores for sometime and I did volunteer in a pharmaceutical sceinces lab at a graduate school in the US for a month..

here is the thing , I want to work in the pharmaceutical company in the USA Or earn an academic degree and complete working in academia or research..

1-Can u advise me on things to do increase my chances of getting a job at a pharmaceutical company in the US (and would they accept a BSc from over seas )

2- would u guys recommend me getting a masters degree to maybe improve my GPA .. and is there maybe assistance ships that can cover the degree expenses..(and most importantly would any school a C+ or a B- in the masters program **pharmaceutical sceinces /pharmacy**)

In order to get into academia and research, you might need to get a PhD in order for them to even sponsor you and let you stay here, but it would be hard to almost impossible for you to get into a PhD program with that low GPA. When I went to my undergrad school, my pharmaceutics professor kept telling us how pharmacy school is hard to get in and we should think about doing a PhD. The reason being is that in order for them to get grants, they need at least 30% of domestic students and they weren't even able to get that (at least for that department). The minimum GPA requirement was 3.0, but they were willing to make an exception for domestic students. The reason for GPA above 3.0 is that when you're a grad student, your job includes being a TA and you can't teach someone with a C average, at least that's what they think. I got a chance to look at the international students' applications. Most of them are tops of their classes, graduate with already a master degree with lots of experiences. I know they pay for you if you're in a PhD program. I don't know much about the master's program. I guess you just have to call the schools and ask them and see where you stand.
