Does it look bad if your last semester is full of less rigourous classes, ie only one science class and some remaining pre-req electives? I don't want to look like I'm slacking off, but it would be nice if I could have some fun my last semester @ my undergrand school. (Btw, I'm a junior, so it's not like I'm trying to finish off my neurophys degree. But if for some god forsaken reason I don't get into any schools...I'd be really behind in trying to finish off my degree).

Please help me out! 🙂

you should try to act as if you don't get in... however if they are all prereqs then you should be fine. That way, if you don't get in, you are not screwed.
