Yes , I pass my Step 1. The only thing that Im worried about is that I dont get a very good grade (75), so Im afraid I would not get a good residency. Anyway now I can start thinking about step 2. Can anyone tell me of people with a similar grade and the kind of recidency they get?

I think that in fields like family medicine, psych and some internal medicine programs, you can get away with having a score under the mean and still get a decent residency. Anesthesiology and emergency medicine are more competitive and might require a score at or above the mean. Radiology, surgical subspecialites and dermatology are very competitive, and you would need very high score in order to get such residencies.
