Hi all,

Does anyone know how to calculate natural logs....for example:

how to estimate ln3=? and e5=? of course w/o a calc.
what's the fastest way to calculate such things? but
please explain in the simplest terms possible cuz this is not my favorite subject 🙁
I tried a google search but what they explain just takes too long to calculate

I would reeeeeally appreciate your help 🙂
thanks alot for your time

You won't need to know this, and the most you will probably be given as an answer for the natural logs is the answer set up but not solved...they aren't looking for mathematicians.

For QR section, i think, you don't need to know natural logs.
For GC, just remember that ln(2) = 0.693
it will help you to calculate half life for first order reaction,

t (half life) = ln 2/k = 0.693/k

where k=rate constant

good luck 👍
