So it is decided that pharmacy is what I plan to be!! I was so excited that I decided to visit the main Nova Southeastern University campus in Davie/Fort Lauderdale (an hour drive). My! What a big and beautiful campus!
Roaming the campus, I realized how challenging it is to be admitted to pharmacy schools! The process is very challenging and perhaps even emotionally draining. I mean, you must possess qualities beyond GPA, PCAT for sure. A great personal statement, perhaps distancing yourself from the rest by E.C.s and a plethora of other things is needed. I'm considering two schools (but of course will apply to more) and they are : 1) UF (Gainesville 'cause it's cheaper) and then Nova!!!!!!!!
Folks, please study hard! Take the preparation seriously as do pre/meds. Study, study, study. Many thx to Eddie269 for his great post: "Improve your chances for pharmacy schools." If you want it that bad, you'll get there. I don't know about you... but I WILL BE A PHARMACIST!! With that said, good luck everybody.
