So I Just took the COMLEX on sept 9th and I have been feeling so stressed. I thought I would feel relieved after the exam but I haven't been able to even sleep. I keep having this awful feeling in my gut that I failed and I keep getting panic attacks thinking that I failed. Has anybody felt this way coming out of the COMLEX? I have another 4 weeks before my scores come out and I just can't seem to calm my nerves. I don't if my exam was harder than others or if I am just overreacting but people I have spoken to said they felt "good" coming out of it :-(. How did you guys calm your nerves during the 4 week time period before your scores come out? Thank you in advance for any help/advice.

I think most people come out of it feeling like crap to varying degrees. I definitely did not feel good after either USMLE or COMLEX and ended up doing well.

I started rotations just over a week after my exams so that helped take my mind off of them.

Unless you are just a chronic worrier try and tell yourself that it's over and there's nothing you can do at this point and try not to listen to what others say about the test. Keep busy with other stuff, focus on your current rotation, etc.
