Well guys, I wanted to return the favor and post my take on the DAT.
Bio: very random questions, i did get the sea urchin question. Pretty much everything I studied my butt off for wasn't on the test like endocrinology, neuroscience, development, stuff like that. I'm kinda ticked off about that.
Chem: Better than I thought it would be. A pretty good mix of calculations and concepts.
OChem: Yeah, did bad on this section because I haven't have organic 2 yet. Most of the test was all stuff from organic 2. Oh well.
PAT: pattern folding was tough, everything else was manageableangle ranking was a little tough to see on the computer screen.
RC: Not too bad, I had passages about comets, and two on brain stuff
QR: I thought it was pretty easy but I didn't get the score I was anticipating. Lots of fractions, percents, algebra stuff.
One thing that was loads of fun about the test was that during the RC part, the computer shut itself off, so I probably lost a good 5 minutes from that. I wasn't too happy with the testing center, people talking and giggling during their exams. It was highly distracting. For only having a few science classes, I think that I did pretty good.
