I want to knock out BIOCHEMISTRY in 1 month

I have a month off for holidays and want to knock out biochem during this time. what study materials should i use:

i have Najeeb videos, Lippincott biochem , Medical Biochemistry textbook


or should i just do all Najeeb biochem videos and im good?

You probably need 3-4 days at most to knock out biochem, not one month

You are approaching this wrong OP.
You don't need to knock it out but make BioChem your friend in order for it to help you knock out the test Qs.
How much time you need to spend with it depends how much you know each other.

I haven't tried the resources you suggested, but I agree with the people who posted above - you definitely don't need to spend an entire month dedicated to Biochem.

I know it's not easy to remember all the different details, but practice makes perfect. Understand/memorize it all once, move on to something else, and trust that when you review it and do questions (like UWorld), you'll remember it on the exam day.
