Hey Docs!
I have been practicing dentistry for 10 years now, how the time flies. I've spent the majority of my career at a large DSO. When I joined, the office I entered was constantly in the bottom ranks in the company in terms of production (say bottom 5 percent). Throughout my tenure, we consistently grew to become one of the most productive offices in the company (~750 offices). I was named Dentist of the Year for 2024. In 2023 we won Office of the Year. I say that not to boast on an anonymous forum, but to explain the situation. Just as I enjoy helping my patients in their time of need, I have grown a genuine passion for trying to help other dentists who have lost motivation or a clear path toward their goals.
I will warn you, I have no magic potions or courses to sell. I am a bread and butter dentist. I place maybe 2-3 implants a month, and I do zero ortho. I work 4 days a week. I treatment plan ethically everytime; I believe God is watching every move I make. I have been through the highs and lows of the profession. I've felt the stress, the fear, the excitement, and the triumph in my career. Every day is a journey, filled with potential pitfalls and rewards. All I am offering is my genuine interest to try and help those who are interested. I can listen to your story, and offer my advice. I can tell you what I do, how I plan the day, my mindset, and my preparation for success.
If you are interested, feel free to message me.
