Does anyone know what ICD10 code is appropriate to use for antipsychotic induced weight gain. I've found E66.1 (Drug induced obesity) and R63.5 (Abnormal weight gain).

you could use E66.1 or T43.505A. there is no specific code. also many insurances/behavioral health carveouts will only recognize F codes as used by psychiatrists. this is the BS we have to put up with.

WTF? are you serious?

I think you can find the ICD 10 online 🙂 I found it on the WHO website. I know that a lot of people are looking for these types of codes especially for residents that are doing a specific rotation for the first time. A few months back I started my second residency as a ENT surgeon and even though I had some practice in the Internal medicine field I was struggling a little bit with the paperwork when it came to these cases. ENT has a lot of different procedures which have their own codes and of course I know those in theory like any intern but when they asked me to fill out a few of those patient histories and complete the harts that's when I stumbled with the codes. Like I said I looked it on the WHO website and I also did a icd 10 procedure code lookup online and I found some of those codes kind of more divided for specific fields and what not. Overall it's possible to find everything online. Hopefully you found what you need
