was just informed by ICO that they need additional information before they can grant me an interview.

i'll probably submit some more letter or recommendations.. and my updated transcript. but other than that, my file is complete. what should i send in?

has anyone else also received this notification, but after submitting additional items been granted an interview?

Call them and see what your file is missing. I had this happen to me, and it's because a rec letter was lost or something.

I find it odd that they would say that they won't grant you and interview until they get more info, and then not specify what they still need.
I think you should definitely call them, probably something just got lost in the mail.
