ICO or UHCO?

What are your opinions about ICO vs. UHCO? Give me some pros and cons. I can't decide!

were you able to decide which school to go to?? I just got my acceptance letter from ICO today and also accepted to PCO and UHCO. UHCO is waaayy cheaper for me since im instate but I also liked ICO and PCO
