ideas for secondary essays

I think after taking the MCAT this august my mind went blank........and I cannot come up with any creative ideas to write for my secondary essays(e.g. Why am I choosing the school?). Any help out there please!!!!!!

The advice given to me was to pick unique aspects of the school--their curriculum, dual degree programs you might be interested in, innovations-- and relate them to experiences you have had already. That way you can SHOW why you think the school is a good fit, versus just saying it.

find something creative to start the essay with.. for me the start is always the hardest part of the essay.

I usually try to start with a narrative like, "the car swerved left and mrs. bojangles was thrown to the right..."

I don't know why but I found that example hilarious!

But in all seriousness, an attention grabbing sentence never hurts!
