easy... I have a gazillion ideas... but here is a few.

Treatment of chemotherapy associated anemis with Procrit vs Aranesp.
Better account for all the rebates associated with both...includes neulasta and neupogen vs all Johnson and Johnson product purchased at the hospital.

Carbapenem of choice.. Merrem vs Primaxin... why one over the other? Better check the marketshare agreement.

Quinolone formulary decision.. Levaquin? Avelox/Cipro? Levaquin/Cipro?
