Take care of 18Ds on a regular basis, by the way, they also rotate through the podiatry clinic here from time to time.

Consider the individual not the MOS. I've known some lousy 18Ds, and some pretty outstanding 91Bs.

Same thing goes for civilian jobs. Known some lousy MDs/DOs and some pretty good folks in plenty of other fields. And vice versa.
