If I fail comlex 2 can I choose to report it to ERAS after interview season? I did well enough on comlex 1, but in the event I fail comlex 2 (score comes out after eras submission) can I report at the end of interview season?

You certainly can. Just know that most (all?) programs won’t rank a candidate who hasn’t submitted passing board exams.
