If NBMEs ok, just do UW for the last week?

I've taken NBME 3, 4 & 5 and they've gone fine (albeit, I internally feel like I know next to nothing).

I've got 1 week left and since the NBMEs have gone ok, I'm tempted to bump up the number of questions since I like reviewing & learning through the answers. However, like I said above - I feel like I know nothing!

So.... does anyone have any thoughts about whether I should spend my last week
(a) doing mostly UW & reviewing explanations thoroughly, whilst reviewing weak areas in the evening
OR
(b) continue doing review in the day w/ 1 (or 2, if I'm lucky) blocks UW in the evening?

I'm only 18% through UW (did some of qbank before that) and I go slow reviewing the answers so I guess my problem is not being sure whether it's more important at this point to just hammer out UW and be familiar with those concepts, etc or keep reviewing FA/goljan b/c I feel like I know little (even tho my NBMEs argue otherwise)?

I know no one has the answer, but if anyone has any thoughts, I appreciate it 🙂 TIA

I think you know full well that NBME scores correlate pretty darn well
with "what you know". If you posted for someone to verify that, then I will,
NBME scores correlate with your likely performance.

I agree with the post above. Continue doing what you've been doing, and remember to hammer through the memory heavy subjects (pharmacology & side effects, etc) too.

I understand, and I know that for most people they correlate. I just happen to have a lot of self-doubt and figure that there's a chance (albeit, it grows slimmer w/ every NBME) that one could do well on an NBME by chance. Sorry to be annoying or anything. Just not sure what to make of my situation and how to best use the time I have left. Thanks for taking the time to reply. 🙂

Yea, that's a good reminder. Pharm is not my friend - gotta work on that. 👍

I took STEP I last Thursday. I had so many thank you Golgan and thank you World moments during the exam.

I say go through as many World questions as possible.
