How did ya'll answer the question from interviews "If you got accepted to every school you applied to, which would you go to, and why" or variations on that theme.

Do you lie if that school isn't your first choice and you'd rather go to another one, or do you tell they truth and say "If I got into my first choice, I'd drop you like a bad habit"??

I haven't been asked that question exactly, but I have been asked what my top choice is. I have answered by saying that it's really too early in the interview cycle for me to know my top choice, and that I like to visit schools before I decied. Then I would explain how I choose my top choice (curriculum, location, etc.) and try to use things that fit with the particular school i'm interviewing at. Maybe the interviewer thought that was a bunch of bull, but the question is bull too, so whatever 🙂

I'd avoid answering it directly by saying things like,

"I'm not done with interviewing yet, so I'll be lying if I can tell you right away which school I like the best. However, (school name) does have opportunities in A, B, and C, and have a strong D, E, and F. Also, the students I met here have told me G, H, and I. This school is definitely a top choice for me"

interesting...

i have never even heard of this question.
its always the other way around...what would you do if you dont get accepted to medical school?

if i got that question i would have to say that i would assess how i felt at each interview day and how much i would enjoy the campus and the location and the how good their financial aid package was.

after going through all that i would pick the one that fit me best. because after all it is impossible to see how much you would like a school before you even go visit it and check out the feel of it.

and then if i was having a good at the school that was asking you this then id be honest and say that i am having a great time there and enjoying the entire experience.

Well basically if you can't say right away that, "This school is my 1st choice"...an interviewer with common sense should get what you really mean...you just have to put it in a nice way, and still mention that you're seriously considering the school.
