Hi everyone,

I have seen a lot of people on SDN who get disheartened with a score in the 80's.I know that these days the influx of people is a lot and a lot of them are getting scores in the 90's but I still think that you should go ahead and apply to schools as well as start studying to re-take your part1.

Other than Boston nobody can really pinpoint what schools are looking for.Agreed that a lot of people in the 90's get in but I have seen a lot of people in the 80's this year get in too.

So keep your chin up, study hard and apply to all the schools.You will never know untill you bite the bullet.

I just met somebody who got into UCLA with 80 in part1....amazing but true. But she is from Venezuela and american citizen. And she had experience working as a dental assistant in 2 offices, she said that help.! ANd also she said that all depends of the personal interview. If they like you you are in!

I got 89 too. Can't sleep at night! I don't dare to take the exams again, because I may do worse!!! So I'm just gonna go with the flow.
