I took IB classes in high school but I didnt have them transfered to the college I attended because they did not know what IB was. Can I still put these on the AMCAS application?

No, if your school did not recognize them for credit, then you cannot put it on your application. Plus, medical schools don't really care what you did in high school.

Also, what college these days doesn't know what IB is?

Are you trying to use them to satisfy pre-med reqs? I'm assuming you're not, otherwise your college probably would have accepted the credits. If not, why do you want to put down your high school coursework?
