Hi also been admitted to MCW-Milwaukee and the class size at Milwaukee is closer to 170-180. The 250 number takes into account students at the MCW central Wisconsin & Green Bay campuses.
If you can look past the NBME exams & weather, id go MCW especially given your specialty interest. You won’t have a problem matching back to Cali since they are use to having students from OOS places like Texas and Cali. Best of luck to you
