What is good source to read which tumors and normal tissues express certain antigens, organized by antigen?

Diagnostic Immunhistochemistry by David Dabbs is tha bomb.

pathologyoutlines.com has a nice quick alphabetical listing that shows normals that are positive and disease states that are positive. it is not a text or the quality of dabbs.

Agree with Yaah. That is an excellent site.

The pathology wiki has an immunostain section: http://pathinfo.wikia.com/wiki/Pathology_Immunostain_Wiki. (Shameless plug, as usual).

The wiki is nowhere near being comprehensive regarding info on IHC, but it is a work in progress. However, it does have well over 100 pictures of immunostains (and counting).
