II before LOR?

So I got my first II today, and I'm pretty excited for it but also a bit confused. It was my understanding schools (except a few like LECOM) don't invite until your file is complete. I have a physician letter sent to AACOMAS but my committee letter interview is actually tomorrow. Was the invite a mistake? Any advice on how to go about this?

Happened to me with AZCOM. Just go with it, they're interested in you.
