First time applying and was wondering my chances for some schools.

MCAT - 34O (B13,V10,P11)
GPA - 3.70 (first year 3.31, second year 3.87, third year 3.93)

Okay EC's.
Exec on student association for 2 years, currently President
President of a charitable club on campus
involvement in other International clubs
Research for 2 summers, currently in the process of publication
Worked in a clinic for a year, loads of patient contact.
Some other minor stuff.

Applying to

Loyola
Rush
Northwestern
U Chicago
Rosalind Franklin
Southern Illinois
U of Illinois

Should I add a couple more Low/Middle Tier? Any chances at any high tier?
Any advice would be helpful.

Keep in mind that the highly-selective schools tend to accept students that are outstanding in some way other than stats. Mostly this means you need a very strong research experience, but they do take some with strong humanitarian contributions or leadership too.

You're unlikely to get into SIU unless your family lives south of I-80.

SDN wisdom is that you should apply to 15-20 schools. That would not be my philosophy if you have a decent application, which you appear to have. But keep in mind that of those with your stats who applied in the last three years through AMCAS, only 83.7% got an acceptance, and you maximize your chance of success in one cycle by applying widely. I do think you need to add more schools, probably in the middle selectivity arena.
