Hi, I am confused and hoping for some clarity regarding the immunization certificate. Hopefully this is the right forum.

I have an APhA approved immunization certification from 2014 from school. I recently moved from Missouri to Illinois.

Is this all I need to be able to immunize in IL along with immunization-related CEs?
I don't see any clear-cut requirement for an active immunization certificate. APhA says certificates do not expire...

Thank you in advance.

As long as your APhA certificate is good then you’re all set. I don’t believe there’s a CE requirement like in MO.
