Hello

I'm 25 years old male and I am very concerned about my large head, especially because it seems that it is still growing in my age. I was born with large head, but I'd expect that head would grow till the end of puberty (18-20th year) and not in my mid 20's, when growing should be fully stopped as far as I know. It's true that on my father's side family they have a bit bigger heads, but nobody had a size of mine, neither it was shaped like my upper part of head is swelling , which looks like I have a big dome on my top of head. Also during last two years my mandible grew, it became more wide, thicker, robust and square shaped, my face grew in general, becoming more protruding, longer, flat and more dull-looking, distance between eyes and moth increased. Upper lip got more thickened and my eye lids dropped a bit, especially lower eye lids, whole face lost definition and became more massive and chubby. Besides my right part of head seems to had grown a bit more and also left eye seem to drop below the line of the other one, causing more facial asymmetry. One eye started to point in it's own direction a bit, plus I'm afraid that my vision is getting slightly blurry.

What could be wrong? What can cause head growth trough 20's, when growth should be already finished?I’ve already visited GP who sent me to endocrinologist. We did tests on acromegaly and they were false. So far things are pretty much unclear due to my rare problem and unspecific symptomatic.
