Basically, let's pretend that I am a blank slate who knows nothing about algebraic or geometrical concepts at college level.

While my knowledge is satisfactory in some areas, I believe that there are a lot of gaps that need to be filled in before--and if--I am going to advance to Calculus classes as an undergrad. My advisor told me that he was putting me on the right path to completing the proper math prerequisites, but there has always been a nagging fear in the back of my mind that when it comes to math I'm just a little bit too lost.

Is there a book or some sort of program I can purchase that will help to tutor me better in my spare time in algebra and trigonometry related concepts--that will also serve as a good introduction to calculus course near the end?

Keep in mind that I dropped out of high school near the end of Calculus my senior year, and didn't really pay attention prior to that.

Other subjects I could use some reading up on would be biology and chemistry, but I could save those for another semester. Still, I would love to hear recommendations on those as well if anyone had them.

Thank you.

As for the Trigonometry, I am afraid I have to go a bit more in-depth than I'd prefer, seeing as how I'm currently taking it as a class.

I signed up for tutoring, though.

Also, undergrad bio/chem basically start from the basics, so you shouldn't need to study beforehand.

It is not really studying, to be honest. I'm just interested in some reading on the subjects, and there is a book on neuroscience that I don't have the technical knowledge to pick up yet.
