All I have left is Organic, Biochem (in 09) and Cell Bio (only offered Spring). I volunteer and do research - which doesn't account for class hours. I have to wait till next year to take Biochem (if I don't get into any school in 2009).

What do I do? I registered for OChem and Animal Physiology (since I saw that some schools might require it) -- that's only 9 quarter units!?
I was thinking about taking Biometrics with the other classes, but that's 3 lectures and 3 labs....and Biometrics or even Genetics is not a pre-req course for any of the schools!!! --- Some schools like UOP require you to explain why you have less than 14 quarter units, but I don't have any pre-req's left!
So what would you do??? 🙁

When you are out of prereqs and are a full time student, you take upper level biology classes. So it would be Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, Immunology, Biochem, etc. It looks good if you take an upper level bio class and do well in it.

Why not apply to a school where it doesn't matter that much if you have a degree or just took prereqs (Temple, Pitt, etc...)? Many times they're OK with you just getting prereqs and you can apply before you finish them, as long as you finish them by tht time you enroll.

If it's not a money issue, you could take some filler classes that interest you that are unrelated to pharmacy, to show that you are well-rounded: foreign language, sociology, astrophysics, basket-weaving, psychology, anything.

If you don't want to waste time/money on that, upper-level biology and chemistry (and everything FireyDragon recommended) are probably good choices. Definitely biochem, and immunology if you can fit it in.

Best of luck to you to get in this cycle!
