IM Residents: What Does Your Program Do Right?

Hey All,

I am currently a PGY-1 in a relatively new IM program (we're going on year 3). I love my program and my hospital and I want to make it the best I can over my 3 years. All the components of our program are still at their baseline and I think there's definitely room for improvement and expansion, so I thought I'd open up this thread for people of all IM programs to share how their programs handle things like didactics, rounding, lectures, general teaching, specialty activities, resident assessment, extracurricular activities for the residents, ANYTHING that you think is efficient/fun/unique to your program that you'd be willing to share. Thank you ahead of time and I look forward to learning lots!
