I'm an IMG / GC holder wanting to pursue a vacant in plastics.
I'd like some advice on how to proceed.
What should I aim in STEP1,2,3? What observerships should I take? What about research?
I'd like to know what are my chances to get into an integrated program if I do everything right? and what are the chances going by general surgery first and then plastics?
I know it's hard, I want to know what should I try to get in my STEPs in order to get where I need to be and accomplish my goals.
