Just have few q's...

Does any one have a compiled list or know any programs which are IMG friendly/ Less competitive for Neuro and PMR,

I mean IMG friendly would be less competitive programs to get into right?

Is Neurology more competitive or IM? What sort of scores are required for neurology residency?

Any one from personal experience or any info would be appreciated

I think you're better off 'researching' as many programs as possible - visit their website, look at faculty, see interview feedback on this site, etc - and then deciding which programs you like/think will be a good fit. Quite a few programs mention that they don't usually interview or take IMGs (UPenn being one example) and others are in states that might be preclusive (California). But if you end up with a long list, then apply broadly and see.

Don't do yourself the disservice of only applying to someone's list of IMG friendly programs - most people don't know what they are talking about, although everyone will have their opinions! - and certainly don't waste your money on one of the 'professional' lists.

Do the work yourself. It's an important decision after all.

Oh, and you can gain some insight from the NRMP site: http://www.nrmp.org/data/index.html
