IMG matched to Advanced Neurology without PGY1

I have been reading medical (SDN) forms since I first thought of medical school. I usually get inspiration from the stories. Today, I find myself looking for inspiration since I'm in purgatory. I'm a Caribbean IMG matched into a University Hospital for advanced Neurology without a preliminary year. I have contacted the PD of IM and Neurology at the Hospital but no luck, "Their hands are tied." I have been calling, emailing and visiting many different IM programs, only to receive the same line, "we filled all our spots during the match/SOAP." I still have hope that something will turn up but I want to make sure I explore all options, hence why i decided to post my first post on this forum.

Any advice on this matter is appreciated.
