IMG surgical residency program in UK

hello,

I graduated from University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, 2 months ago, and I am currently an intern house officer in Dubai Health authority (United Arab Emirates as well).

I've been reading the threads here and I was wondering how to get into a surgical residency program in UK.

I am not asking if it's hard of easy, just the steps I need to go through.
