IMG's in Cali?

Are there any IMG's in Cali...i wanted a consensus of whether or not its worth applying to Califonia as an IMG...the main reason for my asking being the PTAL (California Letter). I dont have a problem going through it but its a huge hassle and wanted to know if its worth it in the end, would suck to spend the money and time on it If i'm not gonna get interviews.

Yes there are img's in cali in ER, whether it is worth it is up to you
