Does anyone know how and where to get a California immunization certificate? Any online courses? I would like to get it as soon as possible within a few weeks.

You can maybe check out CPhA's website. I think their next Immunization training will be on 01/21/12 at UCSF. Check out this link.

I would like to take immunization course through CphA but the fee is too high. As a CphA member, there would be discount in course fee. Is it worth to take membership in Cpha website?
