Immunology with or without lab?

I'm taking Orgo chem lab this Summer ( first term) 3 days a week. I plan to take immunology with or without lab.. Good or bad idea? Would admissions be picky if I just take the immunology lecture? Is it a difficult course.

Haven't taken the lab personally, but I heard that it's pretty pointless from people that have. The lecture sufficed for me. It's a non-issue with admissions.

I cant speak for other schools, but the lab was a complete waste of time for me.

And I think Immunology is a fun class. Its not hard but there was a **** load of small details that were needed to be known.
