I used High Yield Immunology and found it to be sufficient. (this is the only high yield book that I found useful during a course)
Thanks for the suggestion DMom, I'll check it out. I can already tell the lecture transcripts just aren't going to cut it for me... I already have the high yield for pharm and pathology (which I haven't taken yet, so I haven't looked at them), you didn't like those?

Honestly, I didn't try those. I tried a couple of first-year ones & was disappointed (they just weren't sufficient for the courses). I did use HY neuroanatomy for boards. It was good for that, but not so helpful for the class.

I've always used Immunobiology 5th edition by Janeway et al. It seems to be a pretty popular text and it's available on NCBI.

Basic Immunology by Abbas, Lichtman

This book is pretty good and the illustrations are great. I think it is a great book to supplement lecture. Last night I went to a bachelor party and one of guys is a Ph.D student at UW-Madison studying Immunology.
