Importance of Official Letterhead for LOR

Okay, I know that LORs that are not on official letterhead tend to be frowned upon, but I just realized one of my letters sent to a med school through the AMCAS service wasn't written on official letterhead. Is this the sort of thing that a med school may simply shrug off and not make a big deal out of, or is the situation worse?

Well the letterhead is the only thing that quickly shows that someone in ____ organization actually wrote the letter. I would think that schools would be more likely to contact the letter writer to make sure that they did in fact write it, but not sure if it will automatically screw up your app. 😕 Might be a good idea to call AMCAS just in case.
