While filling out the ERAS app they ask you to individualize your work, volunteer, etc. They give you about 1000 characters for a description, but I didn't realize they would give so much space. Do you guys think it is important to fill out as much of the space as possible, or will a 2-3 sentence (eg like a real CV) description suffice? Thanks!!

what i did was, i just wrote what i felt sufficient. I dont think u need to fill up the space. give a description, but not too much detail so as to bore the reader. Use catch words like "designed" "conducted" etc...
hope this helps!

make it brief but enticing enough for them to want to interview you. remember--the limit for the PS is way way over 1pg, but you don;t want it longer than a page.
