If anyone is using VE and has applied to AZCOM, send a HARD COPY of your letter packet to them. i have been waiting for at least three weeks now for my letter packet to be downloaded by them. after emailing them multiple times and receiving confirming emails that i was on their VE list, and my letters would be downloaded - they still haven't been. in frustration, i called their office and they said they weren't ready for VE and i had to send in a copy of my letters for my application to be complete. aaaaaagh 😡
