Your MCAT is fine for at least 15 DO schools that I know of. You need to take enough undergraduate level science courses to raise your cGPA and sGPA to 3.0before you apply. These are schools where you could receive interviews with your MCAT scores and a sGPA and cGPA of 3.0 :
ACOM
ARCOM
BCOM
NYIT-Arkansas
ICOM
UIWSOM
LMU-DCOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
LUCOM
VCOM (all 3 schools)
PCOM Georgia and South Georgia
any new schools that open for 2020.

Agree 100%

Thank you both. I recently spoke to an adcom that said that once my overall science GPA was above 3.0 (undergrad and grad combined AACOMAS) I would be good for their school, so my current plan is to finish my current semester and update schools with my grades (I'll be above a 3.0 then). If I don't hear anything back I can plan for my post bacc hours in the Spring and Summer, because I only need 12 to raise my undergrad GPA.

Why do you consider yourself "super" non traditional? and why you are posting in the re-app forum?
Apply broadly and well. Focus on telling a compelling story in the PS and make sure your LOR are really good. Get applications and secondaries off early.

Your numbers are marginal. Acknowledge this do what you can do compensate. Your clinical activities are good.

To me, it doesn't make much sense to re-take the MCAT unless you can really improve your score.
