In My 2nd Yr PathoPhys Block: Save World or Start Now?

I'm just starting the pathophys block of 2nd year, where we go through each system. Some upperclassmen have suggested going through World QBank while I go through this course but SDN lore says otherwise.

Should I save World specifically for board review time? And if so, should I use a different QBank now?

My opinion:

Save World. Start USMLERx or Kaplan Qbank.

Don't forget Robbins Review, Webpath, and Rapid Review question banks.

There are so many question banks out there, there's no reason to waste USMLE World. It's incredible at exposing gaps in subjects you thought you knew. If you study it now - before you know anything - you'll be missing the point.
