I am on AZCOM's waitlist for an interview. I also live on the East Coast but will be in Phoenix visiting with family friends for the next few weeks. Is there anyway for me to show interest? I want more than anything to be an AZCOM student.

You could write a letter of interest and explain to them why you'd make a great addition to this class. You should also mention that you'll be in Phoenix and would love to come visit the campus. At least go take a tour, even if it's not for an actual interview.

I know with CCOM they LOVE letter of intents. According to a current MS there two friends of his got in the very next day after the letter was received.

This is kind of funny (not in the literal sense), but I just did today. I wanted to go to AZCOM, too, and they put me on the interview waitlist. I got an email inviting me to an interview. I'm kind of iffy though whether to take it or not though. I already made my $2000 deposit at Touro-CA...and now I need to do some quick research before I decide whether to go ahead with the interview anyways. It looks like they still have 20-25 seats for their class, and looking to do around 120 interviews for them. So there's still some hope

Thats great news! Hopefully they will contact more people including myself concerning an interview. But congrats with your acceptance to Touro-CA and good luck with your decision!

Haha man I live here and we do it by a three step process....

1) Drink lots of water
2) Go swimming a lot
3) Wear as little clothing as possible

Personally #3 is my favorite because the women here are as beautiful as they get!😉

I toured the school today and met with an admission counselor. I found out I am not on the waitlist for an interview. The last day for interviews will be on Tuesday. 🙁

Sorry to hear that. Chin up, though. Tons of us went through this multiple times, myself included. Just put your best foot forward and apply early. Remediate any potential weaknesses in your app, and get some more clinical experience. Best of luck!!

Thanks Chocolate Bear. I was so upset when I found out. I felt like curling up into a ball. I really do like the school and everyone is so nice there.
