So, I finished spring quarter and I was waiting for my grades to come out,
only one class professor did not make the deadline to submit grade online,
he has to wait almost a month to upload our grades,

I asked AADSAS and they said just write IP for that class but I see no option on the application!

The whole quarter is listed as COURSE IN PROGRESS because of that one class...

I was trying to list spring quarter as completed and write IP for that class but I see no way to do that once I create the class profile...
I want these grades to go in without that one class that has no avaiable grade,
what should I do?

You should just wait for the grades to be submitted or if not just put it as a work in progress and update them once the grades our out. If grades are due and he hasn't sent it, I would have a talk with your school about that professor, there are deadlines for a reason, and if he misses that deadline it better be a damn good excuse.
