In-state consideration for Peace Corps?

Hi everyone,

I once read a rumor here that at a few state medical schools, returned Peace Corps volunteers are considered as in-state for admissions and/or tuition. Does anyone know if this may be true, and if so, which schools might have this policy?

I'm an RPCV who applied this year and I've never seen this or come across this at all. Usually it's a veteran's benefit for those schools who do have that.
