Do Michigan or South Carolina give students instate tuition after one year?

This is a good question. I was wondering about these schools as wells. Can we get a list of schools that give in-state tuition after a year? I know of:

UConn
Maryland
Ohio State (and in-state first year if your wife works)


Any others?

i know for a fact that michigan does not give
in state tuition after one year or anytime after.

i think univ of washington might give in-state
tuition after one year, though i'd need someone
else to back me up on that....?
