In step 2 CK, how many q's or % weren't you unsured of?

Hi all, so I took my step 2 CK last week. Pretty much out of 44 q's, I marked between 12-16 Q's that I wasn't sure about. I was just wondering if people marked q's on the real step 2 CK and count how many they were unsured. I have an OCD type personality when it comes taking these exams.

I would mark about 5-10 in each section.

But that doesn't mean I'm 10000% sure of the rest, lol.
