I know we all just took the Family Medicine In Training Exam yesterday (11/6/09)....do you know when they post the answer key on the ABFM website (or any other place)?
We have our booklets and copies of our answers (given to us last night by our program coordinator) but was just wondering if we can compare it with the actual answer key.

Anybody know?
Thanks

We were told that the answer key would be posted today, Saturday, on the ABFM website. I just looked and it isn't there yet.

I was checking all day long and nothing was in the website wonder they will just put passing score or failed ones,,,....

You will not get scores now, they will come out in a few months. You can however check your answers if you marked them on your test booklet with the answers that are posted up.

I got them today (it wasn't up yesterday, you're right. I was checking it like a maniac). Checked the answers and am heartbroken...missed some easy ones that I *knew* due to my post-call brain fog. Anyways, I think did ok, hope I am on a good curve on the graph 🙂

Can anyone tell me how many qs you need to have answered correctly to be in in 35, 50, 75th percentiles? What is considered 'passing' ?

hi - if anyone can help- I haven't been able to login to the ABFM site- I have my ID number and the program's number - any ideas? thanks - trying to get the in-training answers

What percentile would getting 68% of the questions right get you?

68% is a great number! If you look at the last 3 exams, you did well above the mean... Especially if your an intern. Easy you broke 90th, but we'll have to wait to see how well everyone else did!

Where can you find the results percentage from the exam as it compares to the national percentage for the previous year exams?

I understand that the national average, etc is on the ABFM website, but for those of us that were not blessed with a PD that provides us with that info, could y'all post what the national average is and what percentile given score relates to for a PGY1. All we got was a raw score. Thanks, I'll make sure to use that to my best...seriously! You'd think they'd at least tell us where to find the workbook to review our answers....grrrrk!

Been to this website: http://stfm.org/Fullpdf/feb01/special.pdf and it's pretty useless for me as I want to find out how given score correlates to the national average...

Example:
Score Percentile Rank
350 ?
370
390
410
